    The quilt cover is lovely and large, and the pillow cases have plenty of room, even with large pillows. However, after I washed it and put it on the line to dry I noticed one of the side seams had a split - the overlocking had not been caught properly. I rang Next and eventually got to talk to an operator who said I had the wrong dept. and would transfer me!! The next thing a message said I would have to wait 55 minutes for an answer. So I hung up and filled in the contact form. Two days later I had the reply to return it which I did and had to pay £2 to send via Hermes!!! Eventually I had 4 different people contact me with different quotes on what happens next, and eventually they sent me a replacement. Customer Service needs to be improved.
