Terrible. The mat came folded in the delivery bag practically glued together and had to peel it apart with some force. Stupidly put it in the washing machine after this on a cold wash and it basically disintegrated. Washing machine covered in fluff, took several empty washes and picking out fluff from the machine to get back to normal.

It was OK. It' was a present and had been requested by the recipient, but it was heavily creased, and as was clear from the pricing as mentioned before (charged £16.00 but the item was labelled £14.00), and I suspect it had been in the warehouse a long time.
